Simple Payment Tracker Terms
These terms of use (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Simple Payment Tracker ("Simple Payment Tracker", "we", "our" or "us").
These Terms set out how you may use our mobile application Simple Payment Tracker, and any services we offer (collectively referred to in these Terms as our "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully to make sure you understand them.

We are the developers of Simple Payment Tracker, a mobile application designed to help users track their payments and manage their personal finances. Our contact details are set out in the "How to contact us" section below.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and us. They explain what terms you must comply with whenever you use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, or using our Services, you agree to accept and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you should not access or use our Services.
Acceptable Use
As a condition of using our Services you agree to comply at all times with the following rules:
- You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- You will not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- You will not use the Services to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- You will not use the Services for any commercial purposes without our written permission
Data and Privacy
Your Financial Data
Simple Payment Tracker is designed to help you track your personal payments and expenses. All financial data you enter into the application remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any backup credentials.
Updates and Modifications
From time to time, we may deploy or provide patches, updates, upgrades, additional content or other modifications to the Services (for example for maintenance, enhancements, to add or remove features, resolve software bugs or address security concerns).
We would always recommend that you have the latest version of the Services installed. If you do not install any update or upgrade then all of the functionality and features of the Services may not be available to you.
Intellectual Property
We either own, or have a licence to use, all of the content and information contained in the Services, including all the intellectual property rights in our Services. For example, we own, or have a licence to use, all the software code, graphics, images, trademarks, designs, logos, and text in our application.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors or omissions. For example, there may be times when the Services are unavailable due to maintenance or technical problems.
We are not responsible for the following types of loss or damage:
- Loss of financial data due to device failure, user error, or software bugs
- Any financial decisions made based on information tracked in the application
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
App Store Terms
If you download Simple Payment Tracker through an online store such as the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store, you will also be asked to agree to the relevant online store terms which will also apply in addition to these Terms. You should read these online store terms carefully.
Any billing and transactions are handled by the online store provider. You should contact the online store provider directly if you have any payment related issues.
Age Requirements
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, you must not use our Services unless you have the consent of a person who has parental responsibility for you.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or guardian and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Termination
We may terminate or restrict your right to use the Services if we believe that you have not followed these Terms or if we reasonably believe that you have otherwise behaved inappropriately while using our Services.
You may stop using our Services at any time by simply uninstalling the application from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in or to:
- Relevant laws or regulatory requirements
- Security, technical or operational issues
- The functionality or features of the Services
If we change these Terms, we will post the updated version in the application and update the "Last Updated" date below. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms, their subject matter and formation, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Simple Payment Tracker is operated. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
